Multiple Authentication Convenience Options (MACO) have been added to our mobile app.  MACO has four convenient ways to authenticate and obtain access to your account.  You may use one or all four authentication methods including: Voice Recognition, Fingerprint, Face Recognition and PIN.  MACO has the same level of security as your current Mobile Banking credentials.

With a single sign-on you will be able to check balances, make transfers, pay bills and deposit checks all with our mobile app for your smartphone or tablet.  Our Mobile Check Deposit provides real-time posting, and in most cases your deposit should posted to your account within seconds.  With Pay Anyone (P2P), you can send and receive money using an email or text.  There’s no better way to pay friends and family anywhere.  Plus, sign up for eAlerts to receive customized emails or texts when account balances reach a certain level, ACH items are posted, loan payments are coming due or when an e-notice is generated.

Did you leave your debit card at a restaurant?  Or maybe you’ve misplaced your wallet?  Either way, NHFCU offers Manage My Cards so you can temporarily lock your cards, report it lost or stolen, and setup transaction activity alerts.  Temporarily Lock this Card allows you to temporarily lock and unlock your debit card without cancelling it.  This FREE services gives members more control over when the card is available for use, limiting the window of opportunity for fraudulent or unauthorized use.  Please note, however, that any recurring card transactions will be denied while your card is locked.  Transaction Activity Alerts will alert you only on transactions above a set dollar limit, when the card is not present, or foreign transactions.
