But we also provide a number of extra services for your convenience, so you can Manage your finances anytime, anywhere. We want to be your one-stop place for all your financial needs!

NHFCU Mobile App
Mobile banking lets you access your accounts whenever and wherever you are. Your mobile device is about to become your very own portable credit union that you can carry in your pocket!

Multiple Authentication Convenience Options (MACO) has been added to our mobile app.  MACO has four convenient ways to authenticate and obtain access to your account.  You may use one or all four authentication methods including: Voice Recognition, Fingerprint, Face Recognition and PIN.  MACO has the same level of security as your current Mobile Banking credentials.

With a single sign-on you will be able to check balances, make transfers, pay bills and deposit checks all with our mobile app for your smartphone or tablet.  Our Mobile Check Deposit provides real-time posting, and in most cases your deposit should posted to your account within seconds.  Plus, sign up for eAlerts to receive customized emails or texts when account balances reach a certain level, ACH items are posted, loan payments are coming due or when an e-notice is generated.

Did you leave your debit card at a restaurant?  Or maybe you’ve misplaced your wallet?  Either way, NHFCU offers Manage My Cards so you can temporarily lock your cards, report it lost or stolen, and setup transaction activity alerts.  Temporarily Lock this Card allows you to temporarily lock and unlock your debit card without cancelling it.  This FREE services gives members more control over when the card is available for use, limiting the window of opportunity for fraudulent or unauthorized use.  Please note, however, that any recurring card transactions will be denied while your card is locked.  Transaction Activity Alerts will alert you only on transactions above a set dollar limit, when the card is not present, or foreign transactions.

To use the Mobile Check Deposit feature tap “Move Money” and select “Deposit Check.”

CU*Talk (Phone Banking)
Our phone banking is available 24 hours a day to provide basic account information such as account balances, cleared items, and deposits. Call 866-664-2293.

Prepaid Visa Debit Cards
Whether you need a card to use for everyday purchases or something to take with you on that next trip, we’ve got a collection of reloadable prepaid cards to serve as your safe, convenient and affordable alternative to cash. These are available same day at any location.

Text Us
Unable to call the credit union?  No problem.  Simply text us with your questions at 605-720-6767 for Member Services or 605-720-6769 for Lending.  This is an internal texting service that provides a safe, secure, and convenient method of communication.

eSignature
You can now sign your loan and account documents anywhere at any time with eSignature.  Documents can be sent securely to your email address.  All you need is your finger, mouse or keyboard to submit your authorized signature.  You can sign with a computer, tablet or smart phone.  The process takes just a few minutes from start to finish.
