Lost/Stolen Card

It is important to  CALL IMMEDIATELY when you believe your card has been lost or stolen. Your card will be immediately blocked and a new card reissued to prevent unauthorized access.

It is the responsibility of every member to help prevent fraud, which costs all of us directly.  As a risk management measure, we reserve the right not to reissue a card when there have been several instances of lost or stolen cards and/or claims paid by the credit union.

If your card has been Lost or Stolen, Call us during regular work hours at 605-347-4527.  Nights and weekends call the Instant Cash/First Data Debit Services at 1-800-535-8440.

If your card has been Lost or Stolen, immediately call Card Member Services.  For Consumer Cards call 1-800-558-3424 and Business Cards call 1-866-552-8855.
