Full time, Exempt, Belle Fourche location
Northern Hills FCU is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Branch Manager. The responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:
1.Driving the overall operations of the branch,while focusing on member satisfaction,profitability and growth.
2. Lead grass-roots marketing and outreach efforts within the community.
3. Proactively perform and oversee all financial service duties.
4. Coach,mentor and evaluate branch employees.
5. Act as a member of the management team and attend meetings and prepare monthly reports.
Qualifications/Education include:
The ideal candidate will have a degree in business, accounting or equivalent work experience. Direct experience in consumer lending is preferred and previous experience with mortgage lending is a plus.
